Susan has been a sales associate since 1999, first earning her license in her home state of Illinois. She became the Director of the Fine Homes division with Prudential Family Real Estate. After moving to Florida in 2004, she earned her Florida real estate license working in general sales. Her hometown is Palatine, Illinois. She is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Mary has been a Sales Associate for five years. Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She has been a full-time resident of Florida since 2008, but has been a homeowner in the Naples/Bonita Springs area since 1987. Her years of experience working with fortune 500 companies such as IBM and Siemens Communications have played a key role in her successful career in real estate. From 2009 to 2011, Mary was the General Manager for a company with oversight of 120-plus retirement communities in Sarasota, Florida. Among her duties was managing daily operations, sales, and marketing. She is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS® the National Association of REALTORS® and is a CLHMS, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.
